The Community Open MRI Group consists of 3 privately owned MRI clinics.  We have locations in Fort Wayne, Auburn, and Decatur, IN.  We have the most affordable out-of-pocket costs in the area. We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard as well as cash or check for any payments or co-payments.

Insurance:

We are In-network with all the major insurance providers in the area including all

Call us first. Your out-of-pocket insurance costs may save you hundreds of dollars compared to the hospital. Most patients do not realize that we can help them save hundreds of dollars in most cases.

Note: Pre-certs/Prior authorizations are handled through MedSolutions (888) 693-3211 on the following insurance companies: AETNA, CIGNA, Great West, NGS America, and Coventry.

No Insurance:

Our cash rate for any MRI with no contrast is only $425 at the time of service and only $500 with contrast.

Note:  All costs whether insurance or no insurance include the interpretation by the radiologist.

Call us anytime to receive an estimate prior to your exam. We encourage the patient to shop around and see how pleasantly surprised they are when they learn that we can save them several hundred dollars on their out-of-pocket expenses due to our low "Allowable Amounts" on most private insurance. We want the patient to know what they may expect to pay by giving them an estimate before they get their MRI.
